I was on a business trip to Gothenburg. After a long days work I took my camera and got lost in the city. Well, I was never really lost, but I walked around with no real plan. Then I found this spot where I could enjoy the sunset and the passing clouds.

A bit cloudy but quite nice weather for hiking. I think we should follow this walking trail…

Just another sunset shot from another beach. This time it is Nai Yang Beach in Phuket, Thailand.​

I was out to capture the sunrise by the lake. After the sun had passed the horizon, I turned my back to it and captured this view with my full-spectrum converted camera and a 590nm filter.

Here is an infrared photo taken with my standard camera (i.e. not my converted one), so the exposure time needed to be a bit longer (74 sec) to let enough light in through the 720nm filter. I like the way how that makes the water smooth as silk.​

One of my favorite places. This time in the dark, looking at the stars and the lights on the other side of the lake.

Sometimes you need a beacon to guide you on the right path. Sometimes you need a light in the darkness. And sometimes you just need a nice view of the morning sky… :)
